Semi-Annual Update

Effective August 2009

New schedule will be based on the license classes.

• At the beginning of the following months, the Liquor Commission will be sending out a list of the active employees associated to the license to the selected licensees.
• Licensees are required to return the updated list to the Liquor Commission within 2 weeks from the date posted on the notice.
• Failure to comply with the requirement can result in a violation of rule 3-82-38.8.
