When boarding TheBus, please deposit the exact fare. Operators are not permitted to deposit fares or give change.
Transfers
One (1) free transfer with each paid cash fare. Please ask for the transfer upon boarding. The transfer is valid for two (2) hours.

Our Buses are Accessible
All buses are accessible to persons with disabilities and will kneel if you are unable to use steps. When the bus comes to a stop, inform the operator that you want the bus to kneel or you need the lift or ramp.

Passes for shorter periods may be issued to qualified person with temporary disabilities.
Senior and Disability Passes are available at TheBus Pass Office only. Stickers are available at Satellite City Halls and TheBus Pass Office. Call (808) 848-4444 for details.
TheBus is not responsible for lost or misplaced bus passes. Customer will be required to purchase another pass at full cost.
