Draft 2009 O'ahu Bike Plan
Former Mayor Mufi Hannemann announced Wednesday, July 29 that the City's Draft 2009 O'ahu Bike Plan is now available for public review and comment. The City welcomes public comments on the Draft Plan. The plan can be accessed at the project website, www.oahubikeplan.org, where comments may be submitted and will be accepted through August 31, 2009.

Sewer Work Projects
- The City and County of Honolulu's Department of Environmental Services will be working on sewer projects that may impact roadways and traffic on O'ahu. Please follow this link for further information on the 13 major sewer projects in August. (Honolulu News, 8/3/09)

Cell Phone Ban (Effective July 1, 2009)
Distracted drivers are dangerous. Driving requires your full attention! Effective July 1, 2009, motorists on the island of O'ahu may be cited for operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile electronic device.
