A Quick Introduction

WorkHawaii is the lead agency for O'ahu WorkLinks, which is a partnership of cooperating agencies, organizations and private businesses dedicated to workforce development on O'ahu. Business customers and job seekers alike can connect to essential employment-related resources.

O'ahu WorkLinks is operated by a partnership of co-located employment training and job service programs offered by the State of Hawaii, the City & County of Honolulu, and ALU LIKE, Inc.. O'ahu WorkLinks is overseen by the O'ahu Workforce Investment Board through a partnership with Kirk Caldwell, Acting Mayor of the City & County of Honolulu.

It is the policy of WorkHawaii that no person shall, on the basis of race, color, age, marital status, religion, disability, ancestry, arrest/court record, sexual orientation, or National Guard status, be subjected to discrimination, excluded from participation on or denied the benefits of WorkHawaii's services, programs, activities or employment.
